Waltham Abbey Karate Club

We are based at Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre and our classes are on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings. We accept children of all ages from 6 upwards.

There are free trial classes available for anyone who would like to come along and have ago. Karate is a great way to keep yourself fit whilst learning the skills of self defence.

We have families in our classes who train together with Mother, Father and children, Karate is a great family activity.
