£24,000 Marathon

As a result of our fundraising efforts we were able to present a cheque for more than £24,000 to the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation at the 2015 SKE Championships.

Foundation Official, Iyabo Oba was there to receive the cheque and present the Certificate for a new World Record where 200 students and instructors completed 11,700 Shotokan Kata in 3 hours on 10th May 2015.

The Championships themselves were an even greater success than last year with even more students taking part and more categories and events.
Our thanks go to all parents, scorekeepers and judges who did such a marvellous job on the day. Well done everyone.
