Tips on Karate for Beginners;

1. Ask the club instructor or secretary if it is ok to sit in and quietly watch a class. 
2. If you decide to start, arrive early for your lesson. If your class starts at 7.00pm don’t arrive at 7.00pm. Arrive early by 6.45pm.
3. If you have questions, ask these before or after the lesson and not during the lesson.

Mondays 7.00pm to 8.00pm New Beginners and Intermediate Students
Mondays 8.00 to 9.00pm Instructors plus Black and Brown Belt Class

Saturdays 12.15 to 1.15pm Instructors plus Black and Brown Belt Class
Saturdays 1.15 to 2.15pm New Beginners and Intermediate Students *
