Tips on Karate for Beginners;

1. Ask the club instructor or secretary if it is ok to sit in and quietly watch a class.
2. If you decide to start, arrive early for your lesson. If your class starts at 5.30pm don’t arrive at 5.30pm. Arrive early by 5.15pm.
3. If you have questions, ask these before or after the lesson and not during the lesson.

Resident instructor Sensei Roger Rayner has a wealth of experience in teaching Shotokan Karate. He travels to most of the SKE clubs training and teaching and he will give you a taste of real Shotokan Karate which you will greatly enjoy and want a lot more of.
