Hi there.
I moved over from Kent 4 years ago and have struggled to find a Shotokan club that will take me on, I’ve even had one club suggest I drop my grade to fit in with everyone else in the club. I am currently a 2nd Dan and have been training since 1997 (with a few years off for a dislocated knee at age 15)
I live in Barking but can travel using public transport, I still don’t know the area too well so I’m unsure what club would be my closest.
